Do these feel comfortable on your wrist, or are they tight/leave marks?

Very comfortable on your wrists. They do not leave marks at all.

Are these good for runnning? Will they stay put & not slip out?

They will definitely stay on even though they are very flexible. Very good product.

Do these leave a crease in your hair?

Hi! I think if you tie very tightly then it might but because the bands are a bit thicker in width they do not leave as much of a crease as those typical drugstore thinner ones do! I love my ties!
