Great product worth the price
Wow that was easy to put together. It said that you need 2 people but you dont. Just cut open the whole box not just top or bottom and lay left and right marked parts out on each side and follow the directions. Probably about 45min to an hour to build. Works great love the electric push button tensioner and 17-20 preprogrammed training modes with different levels of workout. Heart rate monitor works well and it is very quiet. Turns on when you start pedal movement. Shuts off after a few minutes no motion. Just wish the screen was back-lit

junk
tthis is my 3rd one of theses. first one lasted probably 5 years or more ...the 2nd one lasted a coupe years. this one has already fallen apart.(5 months) the enclosed wheel casing starts grinding and clacking and just disentergrates inside. they are made more cheaply now than years ago...very upset...... the wheels inside are plastic and should be metal to last. junk absolute junk

Could be better
The instructions are extremely detailed, if you're patient this can be assembled correctly and easily. But.....when I opened the box, I found broken plastic pieces everywhere. It took a while to track down the part number, then contact the company. They had a replacement part in the mail within days, only problem, they sent the wrong part. Fortunately, it didn't matter, the broken part did not affect the construction or use of the bike (seat adjuster). Once everything was together, I found other places where cracks and holes occurred in plastic parts during shipping, None were large enough to request replacement nor did they affect machine performance. I did have terrible noise when I first tried to use it. Turns out I had not tightened important bolts well enough. (Now I know the noise can be remedied by a bolt check.) As others have mentioned, the screen is not bright enough to be useful. All said my husband and I are getting regular exercise without having to leave the house.. Decent enough deal.

You get what you pay for
I wish I had saved up more money and gotten a better machine. This was part of a new year's resolution that I most likely won't be able to accomplish because the machine is very cheap. Wobbles! Very noisy! It feels like I'm going to fall over side ways when I stand to use the elliptical part. The seat position doesn't accommodate for my height. I am 5'2 and can't comfortably use the bike part. All and all simply wish I had waited and saved for better because this machine doesn't look as if it will last very long g with daily use. Also took 3 hours to assemble. Needs 2 people! Do not buy

Squeaks and front moves side to side
I owned the body champ dual trainer and was fine until the resistance cord broke internally. Without the resistance the workout isn’t as good so since body champ customer service was useless kept asking me for a part #. There isn’t a part # to something that broke internally. Anyway I bought this because it’s small and inexpensive. Very difficult to assemble for even the handiest of ppl hope you have your own tools! A mat underneath will help with noise but the machine wobbles and squeaks, and I’m 120 lbs, Sounds like junk. You can get a good workout but The wobbling And squeaking is really concerning and it’s been put together properly. Good for small spaces but certainly not high quality and will prob only last another few yrs. I’d like to add that body champ customer service reps are incompetent and used the pandemic as an excuse to respond to me with one email a wk for 3 wks asking me the same stupid question. You get what you pay for

Quality product
Only issue with the machine is that the computer does not have an l.e.d. Light to light up the screen . Difficult to see screen in a low light room. I had to buy a clip on light to,see the screen. Adding a light to the screen should cost very little.
