I have a fairly expensive wide angle lens for my underwater camera rig. It comes with a 52mm screw-on rear lens cap that I know I’m going to lose some day. The lens manufacturer gets $39 for a replacement, which is a total ripoff. These slip on the back, fit perfectly, and stay put, and if I should lose both of these (you get two with the order), bought with far less money, I’m not going to complain one bit.

Nice rubber lens caps for binoculars. Perfectly snug and secure fit for Nikon Prostaff P3 8x42, and a notable upgrade from the flimsy hard-plastic caps it shipped with. Material seems to be of good quality and the elastic band stays put. Overall highly recommend.

Great value and perfect fit for my binoculars.

I bought these lens caps knowing full well that they'd probably be a bit large on my old Sears 7x35 binoculars. They actually fit a bit better than I anticipated, albeit still a bit loose. At this price, I can live with that!

Fit my Nikon Monarch 3, 10x42 5.7° binoculars perfectly. Actually, they are a better design and fit better than the original Nikon ones. Those fit internal diameter and kept falling out. These fit snuggly over outer edge and do not fall off when walking.

If you measure the size of the eyepiece you are wanting to cover, these will fit nicely. The rubber/plastic is heavy and flexible. I am actually surprised at how resilient it seems. With a bit of heat from a hair dryer or heat gun, it will conform and fit even better. I was reluctant to take the risk as the items are expensive for what you actually get, but they work and replace old and lost covers that did not fit well and broke/cracked. This is a good buy if you value your optics.

The size description is wrong stating it will fit a 52-54mm lens. It is specifically for a 52mm only. I have a 54mm outer diameter lens that I needed covered; I even double checked with a digital caliper to be precise but this cover will no no way work. It is slightly stretchy, but a pain to put on and it will eventually pop itself off from tension. I started a return with Amazon and they ultimately told me to keep the item and take my money back as well.

These lens caps fit my Nikon Monarch 3's perfectly.
