Carbon Steel Non-Stick Deep Dish Pizza Pan Set(9, 11, 12 Inch)

Love it

These pans aren't as heavy or as sturdy as I'd hoped baking pans would be, especially as I was buying the 12" pan to actually make deep dish pizza. The pans are a bit thin and there's a bit of buckling when they heat up. Also there are three pans in the set but the smallest pan doesn't seem to be the same construction as the others and looks like it was pulled from a different brand. Doesn't hurt anything but I thought it was odd.I did make a deep dish pizza in the 12 inch pan and it worked nicely with good browning on the crust and a nice release (I did butter the pan), however after the first hand-wash I can already see the non-stick coating rubbing off. For the price they seem ok but I'm not sure how long they are going to last.
