I had a good experience with Whiter Smiles. The documentation was good and clear. The mold making process is simple, and they give you an extra set of epoxy/plastic/whatever in case you goof. There was a YouTube video to help. I got the original package pretty quickly, and it took about 2-3 weeks for the custom trays to arrive. Its working. My teeth were noticeably whiter after the second use. I'm up to day 4 and I'm 2/3rd of the way to where I'd like to be. I would highly recommend you get a bottle of ACT mouthwash (fluoride) and Sensodyne toothpaste. Brush and floss before you bleach, wear the tray for 30 minutes, then rinse with water then swish ACT for 1-2 minutes. I haven't had any gum burning, but my teeth are more sensitive than before. That is expected, as you're bleaching away the fluoride from the microtubules in the enamel that connect to the dentin (the sensitive part). The Good: It works. It's affordable (actually, I think its cheap compared to what my dentist offered). It's simple. They give you extra materials in case you goof up. All the components were packed and double packed so it has the appearance of being very sanitary. They tell you that they keep your molds on record for a while and will make replacements if needed. That's pretty nice. The Bad: The original packaging was a little hokey but they're working on it. The trays were a little thinner than I expected for some reason, but when I think about it, they're appropriate and work. I'm reaching here for something negative to comment on. Seriously. I would purchase again. My boyfriend is thinking about buying a kit, and when people ask (they've already noticed) I tell them to try this kit.

I usually don't leave reviews but felt compelled to do so because of my experience with this company. I was skeptical about the quality of these trays given the price. I received them today...they are on par with trays my dentist made for me and cost 1/4 the price. The fit is good and they cover my teeth...nice. The Customer Service Department for this company rocks. I forgot to include the customer return card when I sent my impressions to them. After realizing this a few weeks later I quickly sent them an email. I received a reply from customer service in two hours saying they would have the lab check for them the following day and would contact me with a status later that day. I subsequently noticed the card had a customer number on it so I sent an email the following morning with the number. Received an immediate email response from customer service saying this was very helpful followed by a second response a few hours later advising the lab found my impressions, the impressions were great and that the trays would be made and sent shortly. Even my "thank you" emails were acknowledged by Customer Service. Nice touch. I'm the type that reads reviews before I buy because I can usually get a feel for the product and the company. The ones I read about this product before buying were spot on.

My daughter had braces for years and I promised that she could get her teeth whitened after she got them removed. The dentist quoted us around $300 to have the trays made and for the bleach. I really felt bad about the promise I made because I wanted her to have her teeth professionally whitened, but there was no way I could pay the $300 (after paying for the braces, too!). I did a lot of research on-line to figure out alternatives to professional whitening. Most of the research/reviews showed that using trays is the best method and that you need to have a high concentration of the bleach (peroxide) to make the whitening work. I spent A LOT of time looking around and settled on Whiter Smile Labs. The impressions were easy to make and the trays fit well. Because it was so much less expensive than a professional whitening, I decided to try it, too. Both of us received the trays and started whitening. I had some sensitivity and settled on whitening every-other-night and started using a sensitive toothpaste. This seemed to do the trick. My daughter didn't have any sensitivity and she's been using them every night for the past week. I can already see a difference in her teeth! She said that my teeth look whiter, too! I would definitely recommend Whiter Smile Lab Trays!

I bought the kit. First off, the "second" container of impression matrix isn't included. Just an empty opening. So if you screw up mixing the first batch and don't mix or time it correctly, you're out of luck. No way to make another impression. The other thing I would suggest is consider what kind of crown and / or bridge work you have. You could actually pull off a crown or partial if you're not careful. So I didn't make any impressions with their matrix. I used a previous mouth piece I had, and just used their peroxide mixture. I gave it 3 stars because of the removal of the second batch of impression matrix and the fact they don't say ANYTHING in their instructions about using it with crowns or partials

The process was easier than I thought it would be. Super simple complete instructions included allowed me to make impressions for upper and lower teeth in 5 minutes or less for each. After sending the impressions in to the lab in the postage paid package provided, I had my perfectly fitting dentist quality trays in my mailbox in 5 days. That was an extremely impressive turnaround time for dental quality perfect fitting trays. I am also impressed with the quality of the 4 full tubes of bleaching gel that come with the kit. My teeth are noticably whitter after a few treatments. I have already recommended to multiple ppl as this is an amazing product that would cost me $500 at the dentist for just the trays alone before any bleach whitening gel tubes. You will. It find better quality, ease of use, and service anywhere else.
