Wesco 4361009SP TRAVEL TRAILER LOCK WHITE

This was the stock or replacement lock that came with my used 2011 new horizion motomover fifth wheel rv, new horizon dont use junk and has always been known as the top of the line, I believe it was stock as the key i got was brass an obvious replacement and pretty worn. I needed a new one because not only did the company not make my key any more, the upper lock messed up for handle and after a quick fix the handle was usable not the lock and then finally the key broke off inside the deadblot. This is the same exact lock with a different number key, the keys are silver seem well made and not brass. The install went good altho theres some play in the cutout its gone once you position it and screw it down. I would buy this lock again I dont understand why all the bad reviews it seems stock and well made, I do realize sometimes things dont do right for everyone or their application. I had got what I thought was a top few of 10 amongst all online reviews sadly I had to return it it wasnt the size claimed it didnt fit and the build quality was bad like cheap cheapmrv junk so back it went. When you get a lock get a good quality one directly from this company on their site or sold by them here, thinking about skimping or saving money on an rv forget it youll either pay a little now or alot more latter on. I did not get the keyless with or without remote as electronics may malfunction if wet and unlock your door while your not around, ive seen garage door keypads get hosed and you push any button and it opens door not trusty and if I know these you know theives do and will relieve you of your stuff or vandalise. If you use the keyless entry key pad a theif knows how to findout which buttons you push and its just a code running game till they open it and the more you use it when its wore itll be easier for someone to see the buttons you use. The above are reasons i got this lock and do your self a favor and quit locking the or just the handle lock there useless a hard yank and itll pop open, always use your deadbolt its your only assurance your doors locked well as they can do.

Exact replacement ! No surprises here. Just as advertised. Great quality. Heavy and strong. Fast delivery. Was a breeze to replace. I would suggest a helper though. Bit tough to hold together and screw in place at the same time (no fault of the product though). Because I wasn't familiar with trailer locks ,I did actually bend a key (slightly) trying to turn it too far. I would say to be aware that if the key gives too much resistance , you are probably not turning it correctly or it's not in all the way . I would spray lube in the works for easier operation. Just installed it today, so I have no long term experience with it, but seems to be a good product.

Works as expected. Easy to install. My key broke off in one of the locks so I had to drill it out so I could get in. Now I only have one lock that works, but it locks up my RV and that is what I meeded.

Works well from the start. An exact match for my old Fastec lock and fits perfectly without modifcation. The key works smoothly and does not stick. The inside handle is metal like the old one and it appears all parts would be interchangable.between the old and new locks. I installed this over a month ago and it works well. Lets hope it last longer then the original lock's 11 years.

Works great, fit like a glove into the existing door handle hole on my '05 Coachmen Spirit of America. The whole installation took about 10 minutes, and required no cutting, cussing, or thrown objects due to frustration. Price is fantastic for what you get. Recommended.

Perfect. The product came exactly as described. It's just a basic lock and you can look up the installation on YouTube but it's darned simple. They did say that the locks weren't keyed the same and that they didn't have extra keys, but it WAS keyed the same. This mechanism operates considerably smoother than my original.

Product arrived fairly soon after I ordered it, very easy to install and works good! but I do have a few minor complaints with the packaging and hardware screws provided. after opening the box I found only 3 screws, the fourth screw was stuck or jammed inside the door handle, when I finally freed it the screw was bent and unusable. Is it too much to ask to put the screws in a separate plastic bag? Also, the other three screws provided are too long and the out side housing was not making contact with the door...I was afraid water would get in there and create problems later, so I used the old screws to fix this problem. Sometimes it's the little things that make me happy, and if not for these issues I would give it 5 stars.

This is an exact replacement for the latch/lock used in the Lance campers. My 845's deadbolt failed leading to my climbing through the hatch to get in. This replacement unit fit perfectly, works smoother than the original has in years and locks securely (and more importantly unlocks when I need it to) Great price and very fast shipping very happy with seller.
