Put in milk formula for babies; in drinks for children. As a night cap: 1 tablespoon in a cup of hot water. As an energy pickup and drink between meals: 2 tablespoons for each 8 ounces of water. As a wonderful dessert: 1 tablespoon over a dish of yogurt. Refrigerate after opening.
