Shelf life? Thanks amazon people.

Once opened recommend storing in an air tight container in the frig ... Our Granola is made fresh daily and has sunflower seeds and oil which need to be cooled.

How large is this 2pound bag?

Shelly, I ordered the 5 Super Fruit Granola and it's wonderful. Already 1/2 way through my 2nd bag. The weight is 2 pounds and the dimension of the bag is approximately 12" high by 10" wide. Hope that helps.

About how many cups is the 28g serving size? 1/4 cup?

yes about that ... all samples can very as you know.

I see the granola is Kosher, but is it Kosher for passover. I believe the certification for that is slightly different.

Definitely not kosher for Passover
