Broom organizer
I have to admit, I was a little skeptical when I read that this organizer can hold 11 tools but it actually can. The way that it works is that it has slots for the broomsticks or mop handles and then it has smaller hooks on the end of each to hold other things. This is a smart design if you don't have a large space to organize things. I have a small pantry, but I don't like to keep brooms out in the garage because with my 9 month old dog... I need a broom nearby for the daily dog hair sweeping. The smaller hooks are sturdier then you would think. I hung my heavy dust brush and pan on there and it worked fine. I just had to attach a lanyard to have it hang a little lower and not have it be flush with the other items, otherwise it is too hard to get things on and off.I am very pleased with this purchase and will look out for other similar organization items from this company.

One of the Better Broom and Mop Racks for the Price
This is a solid holder for brooms and other similarly-handled items, although it would be nice if the slots were spaced further apart. With the slot spacing, to use all slots requires some artful arranging of your items, broom one with the bristles up, brush two with them down and so on. It's not designed for shovels or garden tools and I didn't expect it to hold anything heavy, but it does pretty well with indoor-use items. Some of the flimsy dry mopping tools, like a Swiffer, have handles that are pretty narrow and may slip in the holders, but the ones I tried held reasonably well if not perfectly. It does beat using a nail in the wall.

Hard to hang
I have a small apartment and wanted a place to hang a couple of brooms and mops in a utility room This item was hard to hang and the screwdriver kept getting stuck in the deep holes for the screws. When I finally got it up, the broom and mop kept sliding down and falling out of it. I suppose that one could put tape around the smooth metal handles to create friction, but why bother. I can only use it for hanging items on the hooks that extend from the unit. I would not buy this again.

Otherwise seems sturdy and well built
One of the rollers was not in place upon arrival. Those are a big problem to get back into position and it seems the pin is only held in by the friction of the bands on the roller. I am concerned about how long those bands will last. The hanging fingers are a little too fat. I am seeing that most of the holes in the brooms/mops/etc almost friction fit onto those fingers. Also the return up on the hanging fingers is a little aggressive and too high. One has to rotate the broom/mop/etc. out from the mounting surface a whole lot to get it onto or off of the finger. The height on the return of the finger should not be as high and maybe at a 45 degree angle rather than a 90 degree angle.Otherwise seems sturdy and well built.

Don't waste your money on this
I have only written a few 1 star reviews but this product has several issues. First and foremost it does not hold the sticks of the utensil or tool until it slides down to the handle where it has a ridge to keep the broom or mop from falling to the floor. If it doesn't have a handle than it will not hold. Second the plaster board type wall anchors do not hold on the back of my 6 panel door because it is not wood and the wall anchors don't hold unles the surface you are putting them in is over 1/4". The shank of the wall anchor is smooth until half way down which does not grab into my door. I would have used my anchors had I known this was going to be a problem. You can't get them back out once you put them in due to the design of the anchors so I am stuck with them. If it falls off the wall I will drill 6 new holes in the door which I am trying to avoid since they are 3/16" holes. Finally it does not allow the door to open all the way with a mop or wet swifter as they stick out to far. If you are going to use this in a location other than behind a door the last 2 issues may not affect you but the first issue is a real problem.

Owned for 1 week....great product so far!
We are renovating a home and the laundry room required that we stack our LG w/d full size units AND put 2 pantry units in the space. This eliminated a lot of the area I needed to put the cleaning supplies. Our closets are located off the hallways and in the rooms, so I didn't want the cleaning items in those areas. I opted for this solution. The reviews were "iffy", but with very little problems I installed the item and used to it to hang: 2 swiffer vacs, 1 dust pan. and 1 soft dust mop. We bought a custom built 1955 home, which has plaster walls in the areas we haven't renovated. The item went easily into the walls with different, longer screws than were sold with the product. I'm not sure how the manufacturer assumed anyone could use the screws that were sold with the product, as they don't give any room to get the electric screwdriver into the hole. However, if you use longer screws the item holds to the wall great with no movement. So far, after 1 week (haha), I recommend the item.

Great Holder for Broom, Mop & other essential cleaning items
This Tool holder is great for holding all mops and brooms plus extra items I use to clean all tile and wood floors in my house. I really like the way it looks and holds each item off the floor (if you hang it high enough). A few people commented on the tools slipping down to the floor. I hung it high enough so the cap end would hold the tool the height I wanted it to be above the floor. Also, if you have a tool without a cap end (just a long stick) just wrap a wide rubber band around the place you want it to hold. I used a rubber band from a bunch of asparagus I recently bought. This is the best looking and most functional tool holder that I have ever owned. I don't ususally leave reviews for products, but this one deserved 10 stars! I will try to upload a couple of photos soon. I am very happy with this purchase.
