Naphcon A Eye Allergy Relief Drops, 15 mL

If spring and fall hayfever happens, this is your answer for the red itchy swollen eyes that accompany that. It soothes your eyes and make ya human again. I tried these cuz getting my regular brand was impossible. Different name but same relief. A lot of the older tried and true brands are disappearing which is annoying. I asked my pharmacist what a good substitute would be and he recommended these. They moisturize, last long, don't burn, and WORK.

Years ago, I used a product called Vasocon-A for my eyes when they got red or itchy. Then they stopped making it. You find something that really works, and they stop making it. After doing some research I found out that Naphcon A contained the same ingredients as Vasocon-A. I got this and it was instant relief for my tired, itchy eyes. I just cannot recommend this product highly enough. I love stuff that works first time -- every time -- right out of the box. AAA+++

Works well for me as I do graphics now as an obsession. I had thought I ordered two bottles but I may have botched that.

I should have discussed this with my opthalmologist before purchase. The drops are great for red and itchy eyes. However, there are a few odd side effects. After using the drops the whites or "sclera" of the eyes turns unnaturally white. After a few hours, "rebound redness" sets in and the eyes look more bloodshot than before. My doctor recommends only using these drops at home and limiting the amount of drops used. He recommended another drop sold on Amazon with fewer side effects.

These drops are a must have in my household during allergy season. My entire family gets hit badly during allergy season and we have tried everything. These work fast and really well. The only drop we use anymore.

Product works. Eyes were itching, burning and watering like I was crying nonstop. This stopped it and in 2-3 minutes at the most. I could actually feel relief and I felt like I could see without dabbing my eyes or ice packs . I used the product when it arrived and again at home after showering and cleaning my face. I could not even use mascara-nothing could touch my eyes but ice packs. I feel normal and my eyes are clear and not grainy. Yes, there is a bit of a sting, however I feel that it is in direct relation to how much you have been rubbing and touching your eyes. No worse than eye drops when your eyes are red. Follow the directions and you might want to smell a flower or two….
