I love this. Use it every Tishrei for salads etc. It's OU Kosher Certified and delicious. Super sweet and has no sugar added. Literally the best!

Delicious and pleasant complex flavour. A small amount will enhance any dish- from rice to any stir-fry to tamagoyaki omelettes. Awesome when sprinkled on sushi rolls, by itself or together with a good aged tamari or shoyu. A head above any Japanese mirin- and I've tried many. Would use only this mirin if I could buy it in bulk at a better price.

This is by far the best mirin I’ve found. It is smooth, rich, and flavorful without a hint of harshness. Because of worldwide shipping issues due to the virus, shipping time was over a month, but The Live Box was good at communicating with me about the issue. Excellent!

Don’t like the drop by drop end, but with soy sauce, I could always remove it. Anything I’ve used it with has come out very nice, even when I mess with recipe’s proportions. Expensive, but I think worth it.
