Definitely Size Up!
I have a 5 lb yorkie with tiny legs, usually wears a small or XS. After reading the reviews I ordered a medium and they fit perfectly! So definitely size up!!

Super cute
It’s super cute, but the material is not as stretchy. The measurements on their page is not accurate, I feel like you need to go up one or two sizes especially it shrinks a little after washing.

Run VERY small
I ordered two sets of these for my chihuahuas. I followed the sizing charts- which are way off! At least two sizes too small. They were very cute and I liked the nice cotton material. I just wish they would have fit and now they don't have the sizes I need. I am a Prime member so the return was easy.
