No more burning eyeballs!
Love it! No more stinging sweat in my eyeballs! Please make sure to wash this before wearing it. I made the mistake of wearing this without washing it first. When I wrung out the sweatband after my first ride with it, the sweat poured out into the sink in a very dark blue colored bullion. For context I ordered the black sweatband. I sure hope my body didn't absorb any funky chemicals from the fabric dye.Speaking of dye, I've now washed my sweatband in cold water with a mild laundry detergent about 10 times. With as much as I ride I should probably be double this many washes, but I digress. The sweatband is already pretty faded. The black sweatband is now a dark gray (which, luckily, now matches my helmet better...lol).Although, the sweatband is now faded, it still soaks up sweat nicely, is still comfy and still very soft. The installation into my Giro helmet was easy, I was able to use the velcro already existing in my helmet to install this sweatband. I'm glad to have received a few extra velcro buttons with my order, these will come in handy in the event that my Giro's velcro ever gives out.

Works really well even during summer days
I have just bought another of these for my other helmet. I used to have so much trouble with sweat constantly going into my eyes and burning on any ride longer than 30 mins in the summer. Now with this I have ridden up to 2 hours without any issues.

Yep no sweat on my glasses!
Only used once so far, but I have been going through a forehead dripping phase like never in my life now that I live in the Southeast where it’s humid. Yesterday I did a very long hot ride and not a single drop of sweat down my glasses! What I did get was a salty gross set of helmet straps. But didn’t need to wipe my glasses once. So glad I Found this. I use it in a Giro vented helmet.

Works great
Very effective at keeping sweat out of my eyes. Being practically bald, all sweat just rolls down forehead and right into the inside of my glasses, which is super annoying. I've resorted to wearing caps even in the heat which is not ideal. At first, it may feel a little thick but you can compress it and as it gets wet, it compresses further. The only drawback is that after rinsing it in water thoroughly, it can take many hours to dry to buy 2 if you ride often.

Say not to the sweats!
I can't give this product enough praise. If you're the type to sweat at the drop of a hat and more, this is the product for you. I live in Florida and have ordered this multiple times. I'm a test case for this product and it never fails. I never provide feedback but this is the rare case. This has been the difference between enjoying a ride and hating it. It's not even a choice at this point. Do ittttt

Literally and figuratively saved my life!
After getting back in to road/gravel cycling 10 years ago (now in my early 50's) I have been trying to go further/longer whenever I can. But when the northern California days get hotter than 80 (all the time from May to November), I would sweat like a waterfall. The problem is that sweat gets in my glasses-wearing eyes and I go nearly blind. The rest of the ride is just pain and slightly more pain when I try to wipe my eyes with my gloved hand. So after suffering and (worst of all) sometimes not wanting to ride because I was afraid for my eyes, I come across the Sweat Buster while looking for something completely different on Amazon. It looked a little bulky when I installed it (the whole 10 seconds) and made my Lazer helmet sit a little different... but it has worked perfectly and without fail. On a few 90+ days I still sweat a ton, but my eyes are only filled with visions of post-ride beers and the occasional squirrel pancake on the side of the road.Your 1/2 headband device saved my life 2 ways:Literally - there have been occasions when there was so much sweat in my eyes for so long that I have rolled through intersections without knowing it, putting life and lives at risk. Now without that problem, if I roll through an intersection it's because I'm riding like and idiot and DESERVE to be hit by traffic.Figuratively - riding my bike is what kept me sane during covid and helped in stopping me from becoming me and a half. Every time I find myself making excuses not to ride I start to hate myself. With a big source of pain being removed from the excuse list, it's just one less thing to get in the way.A simple product that does it's one job perfectly, efficiently, and repeatedly, a rare thing in the world.

Doesn't work with tight fitting helmets with thin pads.
I tried this on a Lazer Impala size large that has MIPS with very thing padding. Now I have a giant head and always need large/XL helmets and am at the limit for Lazers size large. I don't see how this works for anyone with a modern properly fitting helmet. The Sweat Buster is too thick, like 3 times thicker than the original pad on mine. I did jam it on my head for one ride and loosened the rear rachet all the way. It did keep all the sweat out of my eyes but it won't work for me unless I use it on a helmet that is about 3mm bigger to allow the thicker pad.
