Great filler for marks on countertop
I had a few tiny cuts and chips in my countertop. I thought Iโd try this and very happy I did. It was great!! Easy to use, and more importantly it blended and you canโt even tell the counter was repaired. Highly recommend.

I didn't want to replace the entire kitchen counters and was looking for a cheap but good fix so they damage would not be obviou
My children damaged the laminate counter top in the kitchen - many knicks and scratches and chipped edges. After a lot of searching, I saw a youtube video of this product to repair laminate counter tops. I didn't want to replace the entire kitchen counters and was looking for a cheap but good fix so they damage would not be obvious. Seam-Fil is awesome and did the trick! It was very easy to fill in the spots. Be sure to follow the product instructions for best results. I used a putty knife to fill in the blemished on the top of the counter. Deeper spots required more than one application. A word of warning: it dries quickly! I found that squeezing a dime sized amount out of the tube and working with it. Then repeat as necessary. If you squeeze out to much, it will dry out and you won't be able to use it. A little goes a long way too! I had a lot of areas to fix and barely used the tube. Plenty left over for the next time one of the kids uses the counters for a workbench. I also had to use it to repair deep gouges and chips on the edges of the counter (someone decided to saw the counters in multiple places). I used the putty knife and my finger to get the Seam Fil into the gouges. Again, it took multiple applications; but the quick drying time made the process very easy. I did use a fine grade sanding block to smooth it out (since my fingers aren't the best application tool). Highly recommended!!

Great for a novice DIY-er
I have used this Seam-Fil on my tile floor to fill cracks and a large chip and am so happy with the results. I had come to really hate my tile floor because it was so easy to see wear-and-tear. I tried out this Seam-Fil in a couple of spots and changed my mind pretty instantly. The holes are filled really easily and you can't tell that there is any damage underneath the filler. The only drawback is that this dries so quickly. You really have to work fast so that you don't end up with a goopy (dried) mess. I'm not very handy, but it's hard to screw up with this product.

Worked well on a formica countertop crack
I have old fashioned formica kitchen counter tops. We replaced the kitchen sink and some of the formica ripped. We used this item on it and it looks great! It's a cream colored and tan marble looking color and the almond was not perfect but very close. You have to really look to see that it is there, it blends well. The only issue is that I put a thin amount on and because it is so close to the sink, it gets rubbed off about every 2 months and I have to reapply it. This last time, I put a much thicker coat and it is much more noticeable but is lasting. This is a better option than replacing the counter or watching the crack get worse.

Really works!
Wow. I forgot to do a before and after of the first set, but found one more. I had small gouges in my counter top from knives slipping over the years. They have bothered me for years. The almond color was a perfect match and this was the easiest thing ever. Bought acetone from Walmart, tested on a corner just in case. Spread a small drop of the tube in paper, used a putty knife to scrap into indents, and wiped up with acetone. My counter looks like new. I can't even find where the holes were. I do have some even tinier holes that it wasn't able to fill, just wiped right off, but they're super tiny. All together, less than $20. Way cheaper than a new counter top. Shipping was fast, came a week earlier than projected. The filing did dry really fast, seems like within 1 minute. Highly recommend.

ITS JUST PAINT
This is just paint, I have applied it to many objects as a test (yes including Formica seams) and regardless of the dry time it will wipe away with lacquer thinner. It's just an oil base paint, nothing else. You can get the same results (if not better) using nail polish. At least nail polish is harder to remove and MUCH less expensive to buy and mix your own color.

It works!
We had replaced my sink and the old sink was glued onto my laminate countertops pretty good. We had a few cracks in the countertop from removing the old sink to put in the new one. I was frustrated and didn't want to have to go buy new countertops. Quick google search and this lifesaver popped up. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked and filled in the few cracks we had. It blends right into the color I have now and looks much better. Videos on how to use were great to watch as well to prepare myself how to do. Super easy to use and clean up. Highly recommend this product. Make sure you get the 99 solvent with it.
