First of all, the price was right. I wanted to watch my poodles in their kennels. This camera perfectly fits my needs. It was easy to set up with the app. The picture quality is as good as I hoped for. I love talking to them from another location. Microphone works great. I really love that I don’t have to recharge it because it stays plugged in. I believe I got a quality product at a great price. I have not had a single issue with it. I highly recommend it. I would buy it again. I call it the poodle cam. Oh, I also like that I don’t have to pay for a subscription to store clips. It’s an option if you choose to do that.

Good purchase

First of all-the set up was easyAF so I’m super grateful for that. The app is easy to use and the notifications aren’t annoying. You can hang it if you want (includes screws and a sticker so you don’t have to figure out where to put the holes) The camera has a wide angle so if you just put it up on something in the corner of the room it sees the whole area. Super pleased with it so far! Great price point!

They used to make a decent camera, and used to have decent customer service. But now the last few cameras I have gotten from them, both inform & outdoor models all have problems, and they don’t even want to support it. Out of 9 new cameras I got in the last 2 months, 3 of them have bad night vision, suddenly got cloudy & white spots, and 2 of them like 75% of the time don’t motion detect for large events, like someone walking up from 20 feet away, then standing directly in front of the camera, only 2-3 feet away, shows no motion. This happens continuously. And none of them ever get the ai event right, a cat can walk by, and it says personal appeared. A person can walk by, and it says vehicle or pet. A car drives by, and it says person or package. They’re just getting worse & worse. I had 3 Blurams cameras from years ago, and I decided they’ve been doing so well, I’d replace my entire ring system with them. What a mistake. And now I see why Blurams camera prices keep getting lower & lower, because they know the quality is failing.

Works great so far and good price

This was the third device I ordered of this exact model (A12S). The first two are working. This one had a difficult time connecting to the network. After fighting with it, it worked for a few weeks and is now offline again. I am outside of the return window. So, the best I can do is either gamble on purchasing another or go another route. When it was working, it gave me a clear view of the area that I want to monitor and was a cost effective way to do it. It just does not seem to be as consistent as I had hoped.

OMG!! These are the best little cameras!!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!. I have tried 4 different kinds before and none of them were of this quality. These are just AMAZING! I even have one on my partially enclosed porch to find out who keeps swiping little things ( like blankies, dishes, toys for my outside cats. I caught the little rascal. LOL!! My neighbors dog. You don't have to prescribe to cloud either. I do have a Memory SD card, but I don't even need it. You get 12 second replay for free. I can scroll the activities and can tell enough what's going after that you can go into cloud storage and delete it if you want. I have the app on my phone, tablet and computer. I can watch from anywhere! So easy to setup and use. I work on my computer and have the phone sitting next to me watching what's going (lots of pets) :-))))
