Arc System Works GUILTY GEAR 20th ANNIVERSARY PACK NINTENDO SWITCH REGION FREE JAPANESE VERSION

This is the Japanese version, but if your Switch is in English all of the text, including the arcade/story mode for both games will be in English! Do not know if this is true for other Western languages. The cartridge contains both games so you will not need a code to download one. Side note, for GGXXAC, the switch button B is the select button while A is the back/exit button. I got confused when trying to select a game mode using A and got taken back to the loading screen. Use button B to select vs, story, arcade mode, etc. GG1 works with button A being the normal select and B being the "back button"

Oh my gosh this is so amazing. Seller was great and I got my package way ahead of schedule. I'm so excited to play this game.

Good for collectors that want guilty gear as a cartridge. I'm a guilty gear addict so buying this for the shelf was the fight move.

I bought this game because I enjoyed the PSVita version, overall, the Switch version is just a port of the PSVita version. They didn't bother remapping the User Interface for the Nintendo products, it uses the same button layout for Playstation. Also, the if you don't have online services, there no way to turn off upload to online notification in the setting.

I bought this game because I wanted to support Arc System Works and maybe get more of the Guilty Gear series on the Switch. This has 2 games: Guilty Gear and Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R. Plus R is the main attraction, lots of modes. I ended up getting a second copy of Plus R for my friend and we tried online; it was way too laggy. My friend and I were disappointed but maybe Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 complete will come to Switch, maybe even Strive. I would say only get this physical if you are a collector, don’t do it for the online.

I just feel they could have done so much more than just two games.. Look at street fighter anniversary with like 12 games..

面白い、迫力あるし、bgmいいが、操作性が難しい、初代GUILTY GEAR初めてプレイしました、やはり、画像は荒い

良い格闘ゲームです。遊ぶのがとても楽しいです。制御は良いです

Switchにカードをセットすると、２タイトルともトップに表示されてしまうのがやや邪魔くさい。 こだわりが無ければダウンロード版を購入する方が良いかと。

シリーズに興味はあったものの、どれを買えば良いのかよく分からなかったので、初代と２期である（？）XXシリーズ最終作のセットである当作が丁度良い感じだと思い購入しました。 説明書が新規に作られたと思われる簡易的な電子媒体の物しか用意されておらず、ストーリーの背景やキャラクターの設定等がよく分かりません。移植前の紙媒体の説明書もしっかり用意しておいてほしかったです。特にXX最終作は初代との間にある作品で諸々のストーリーが展開されているようなので、中々呑み込めません。 このようにあらすじ等を省いた不完全な説明書は移植作に付き物なのですが、普通に移植元の説明書をデータとして内蔵している作品もあるので当作が前者であった事が残念です。 もっと酷いのは、XXの説明書は初代に存在しない様々な新要素について全然説明してくれない欠陥品だった事です。 「テンションゲージはロマンキャンセルに使用する、ほうほう…それで、ロマンキャンセルって何？…説明無いの！？電力ゲージなんてどうでもよさそうな物の注釈はあるのに！？」なんて感じです。先に初代の説明書を読んでいないと説明の無い覚醒技や一撃必殺の性質についても理解出来なかったでしょう。 一撃必殺の仕様を適当に選んだキャラ（ファウスト）で確認してそれを他のキャラ（ブリジット）でも行おうとしたらテンションゲージがアタックゲージなる未知の存在に切り替わって面食らいましたが、説明書読んでも特に説明はありませんでした。 ネットワーク対戦をしなくてもシステム把握のためにネット回線必須という仕様が移植作としては酷いと思ったので★３評価です。 以下は評価には関係しない、作品への感想となります。私の格ゲーの腕前は、難易度普通のアーケードモードを辛うじてクリア出来るレベル、波動昇竜以上の戦法は取れない程度です。 初代はアーケードモードの難易度調整が無く、終盤の敵、特にラスボスが無茶苦茶強いです。ストーリーは気になるけど格ゲーはあんまり上手くないという人は下段連打でゴリ押ししてください。一撃必殺は終盤だと基本成功しません。 XXの方は私の難易度に対する認識やキャラクターチョイス（基本攻撃の一つが直接的な攻撃ではない必殺技の仕込みという奇抜で慣れが必要な性質＆Wikiによれば粘りが得意なのでラスボスの仕様と相性が悪いブリジット）も悪かったとはいえ、初めて遊んだストーリーモードのラスボスとして「攻撃力1.５倍、被ダメ半減＆回復上限や条件が無く速度も早い自然回復持ち（事実上HP2.５倍以上）」なんて超ハンデ持ちの敵とゲームシステムをろくに理解出来ていない状態で初っ端から戦わされ、一度リタイアして難易度最低まで下げた後、何度もコンティニューした末にようやく倒せました。反応速度も技の性能も高いけど一応弱点を攻めればそこそこ戦える初代のラスボスと違って雑にステータス弄って強くしているだけであり、こんなのと毎回戦わされるのならストーリー制覇は止めようと思う程不快に感じました。（ここまで酷いハンデ持ちのラスボスはそうはいないようですが） 初代のアーケードモードの敵は一戦目からして手強く感じたので、多分格ゲーを触ったことの無い人が遊んだら相当苦労すると思います。両作ともグラフィックの描き込みや個性派揃いで魅力的なキャラクターが良かっただけに、周回のハードルが少し高い事が残念ですね。
