I've done research on garlic and it's effects on the heart and bladder, on days that we don't cook with garlic (or if we don't use enough) I take these. I love the health benefits and the ingredients are safe for anyone who needs this supplement. Of course the pearls have a garlicky smell, but they don't have a distinct flavor. The only occasional side effects I've had was weird smelling urine and garlic breath, but if you take one before you brush your teeth you'll be fine. I love these garlic pills. I take one a day, and it helps with blood pressure, and wards off nasty colds! If I do get a cold it is mild, and then I increase my pills to three a day. Cold is gone within two days.

Awsome product help me with health

I have recently been told I have high blood pressure. Being a person who dislikes taking any kind of medicines (most don't make me feel well and i have a lot of allergic reactions to chemicals) I try to find natural ways to mitigate my health issues. Well garlic is one plant that can make blood pressure better and offers a host of other good things for your body. These are very easy to swallow and they don't repeat after a half hour or so - I have not had any stomach upsets by taking these. I don't think it has any odor either so that is a good thing. My bp has come down too (although I also take CoQ10 and hawthorn berry too) but could be due to the combination of things. I am on a very low dose of bp medicine which before doing supplements was not helping - upping my dose caused a host of side effects so I take the very low dose of medicines and am watching what I eat, eliminated salt and am taking these nice little easy to swallow garlic pills. I will continue to buy these as they are not terribly expensive and it's working.

Since, I live in a southern, country environment, ticks and mosquitoes are always a concern, especially when working in the yard. I have a friend, who was an RN. I say ‘was’ because she contracted Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, and it’s destroyed her health so bad, she can no longer work. Numerous doctors and specialists have tried to help her, for years, with no success. I’d read among the benefits, of garlic, one was warding off tick and mosquito bites. With virtually no side effects to concern me, I started taking 3 of these tiny, little, round gel caps each morning. Before this, each time I came in from the yard I would invariably have 1 to 3 ticks well attached. Within 2 to 3 weeks of starting taking these, I no longer had any. This has been several years now, and in that time, I have found 2 or 3 on me, but never attached, only crawling. Guess they didn’t bite because they couldn’t get past the garlic. Ha! This is when I should mention, I’ve never burped the garlic, had the taste on my tongue, nor will you have a detectable odor on your skin ... not by humans, anyway. Last but certainly not least, it repels mosquitoes very well. I no longer get bitten by the nasty little varmits. In fact, while sitting on my front porch, I’ve observed them hovering over my arms, getting very close to my skin, only to back off each time. Another benefit, has been the buildup of immunity factor. I’ve noticed I have fewer colds & viruses, but on the rare occasion I do, it is of shorter duration. Like all supplements, always do your research and/or consult your physician to determine if it might benefit you, as well. It’s been a great benefit for me, and I hope this information can help someone else, as well.
