Good pool… need level ground
I have had this pool for about a month now. It was frustrating to set up as the directions were not the best. The ground needs to be level to put this up.. or it will just go out and not up. It says you can be off up to 2 inches I found better luck with one… I used a lot of dirt to level and it is still not level across. Make sure to pull the sides up as you put water in.Overall, we love this pool and will get a ton of use out of it!

Read instructions when cleaning filter
Had a heck of a time getting a seal on the filter lid after cleaning it. Have to use petroleum jelly at the gasket in order for the lid to tighten. Make sure you find a very level place. Pump is puny and the hoses are made of thin brittle plastic that won’t last more than 1 season. The pump isn’t strong enough to keep debris from trees from gathering on the bottom…I’ve been cleaning this manually. I put mine under a tree because I really wanted shade, but it’s been a lot of work. Bought an Entex cover that has really been a hassle to use.

Love the pool but put a sand filter on it.
I put a 1 hp motor and sand filter on my pool My pool is sooo clean. I can vacuum in a pinch, i skim it every day. I check the chemicals every couple of days. I can sit down and the pool comes up to my shoulders. Since it’s only my wife and I now we got the little pool for us to chill on hot summer days. I even have a screw house that can fit over the whole thing.

0 for 2 with leaks- You are going to have to do some repairs!
Bottom line: If you decide to go with it, just realize you are going to have to do some repairs unless you want to hassle trying to get it back in the box to return it. It probably isn't going to be perfect. For the money, the quality just isn't there. The first pool we bought came in the original pool box (within a mailing box); however, it had a pin hole in the inflatable ring, a pin hole in the side wall and the filter leaked. My husband was able to fix the pin hole in the side wall with some vinyl liner repair kit by covering the hole from the interior of the pool rather than putting the repair patch that comes with the pool on the outside (which did not seal tightly). He was also able to fix the filter. The hole in the inflatable ring was not able to be fixed so we decided to return it and order a second. Fingers crossed we hoped the second one would be better. The second one, which came in a plastic bag rather than the original box, had the same problems with the filter and the pin hole in the side, as well as a new problem with a leaky drain but we were able to fix all of these problems. The inflatable ring on the second was fine so we decided to keep the second one and return the first. Returning this pool is a hassle times ten. Letting the water out isn't bad (dry out the pool in sun so box doesn't get wet), but you have to lay your body over the inflatable ring and contort your body into all sorts of positions for quite awhile to get all the air out (true entertainment for the neighbors!). And let me tell you, every last bit of air has to come out because you are going to have to get that beast back into the original box which is like trying to fit it in a jewelry box! It literally took me several different methods and over an hour to get it all in there! The good news is I think I sweated off at least 5 lbs. in the process! The positives: I do like the size, the brown basket weave (so much better than blue blob), and it filled up relatively fast with the garden hose (4 hours). I sprinkle in 1/4 cup of chlorine to keep the water sparkling clear- so far so good and it has been HOT here (90+ degrees for over two weeks). Daughter (7 years old) and friends love splashing around.

Love this pool!
This 12' pool is bigger than I imagined it would be. We all love it! Had to buy a ladder to get in and out, lol!

Just an oversized kiddy pool.
I will never purchase this type of pool again. You better have the ground PERFECTLY LEVEL, or else all the water you just put in the pool flows over one side.

Value was amazing. Pool is decent
I have had several easy set pools over the years, so I have a little background to compare. Also I waited till the second season before writing this review. As far as the pool, I havent had any leaks. There are a few reviews saying they have leaks, holes, or tears on the bottom. This can occur if you do not prep the ground where the pool will sit. Water is heavier than most people think, this pool holds about 15,000 lbs of water. So the ground needs be free of rocks or any debris that my puncture before filling up. Even after clearing my set up area, I still lay down a tarp and on top layer of sand. I started using sand for ease in leveling many pools ago but it is also great because it smooths the bottom so in the pool, its not lumpy and rough. Prep for the pool is absolutely imperative. You have try to get the ground as clear and as level as you can. Whether using sand or not.I have had many pools like these and the pumps are always small and skimpy. The bigger, more expensive ones have larger pumps but still not great at all for the size of the pool. The pump for this pool is no exception. It is important to keep the water flowing as fast as possible, so clean the filter often. No holes in the air tube yet, I have patched a many of the Intex tubes. Certainly by the second season or before because kids are careless. So far though, no holes leaking from the air tube. Just remember, the tube needs air in it. Doesn't have to be expanded super tight but you can't let it deflate. Add air if it's floppy from time to time. It's an okay pool. I am not a fan of the plastic hose clamps for the pump, nor the pump in general. All the pools like these have crappy pumps. But for the price I paid, it's been well worth it. That's why I am giving it 5 stars, the value is there. The pump will get you by, but if you are like me.. you might upgrade a few things over time.

Good pool with garbage pump
The pump is a piece of garbage. It keeps shutting off, causing algae to build up in the pool. We have to press the reset button several times per day. I am using more chlorine in the pool this year than I did with my old pool that did not have a pump. Not worth the money.

This pool was put up in the middle of June 2022 and joint opened up and drained or pool.
Great pool when not leaking at the seam, very disappointed with the durability and reliability of this product.
