Ink Toner, Compatible 950 Printhead Replacement for 950 Setup ink cartridge for officejet pro 8100 8600

The longevity of this reconditioned part is unacceptable. I needed to purchase a new print head after using my HP 8600 Pro for over 6yrs with all original equipment and using only HP ink. Then the Red ink started to fail printing. So I decided to keep the printer and find a replacement print head. Since I only print for personal use, I barely use my printer except for pictures and artwork from my computer or receiving and sending faxes. Setup was a breeze... I installed the print head, did the install of NEW HP ink cartridges (the cartridges that were included are useless since they are for a brand new machine) and print head alignment. No problems. Print quality was as good as new until......now, LESS THAN 3 MONTH, and after printing barely 200 prints of either all black or mixed colors, the Cyan started to show issues. I tried several full 3 stage cleaning from the tools. But it was only getting worse and worse for dispensing the Cyan color to the point where now, even though the cartridge is still full, there is no Cyan dispensing. I still had an ink cartridge from prior to the print head replacement and with the same results. But all of the other colors are perfect. I contacted the company by email and all they said was that the print head is no longer under warranty (30 days) and there is nothing that else can be done - except to purchase a new print head.A print head for the HP 8600 is no longer available as NEW equipment so it is only found as reconditioned. I felt that it was worth the price of this replacement. But to go for a 2nd replacement I could have bought a new similar but upgraded printer.I totally understand the limited warranty period of a reconditioned part but they offered no help with fixing the issue or even 'maybe' offer an exchange for a discount or to repair. Just an email that the part is passed the 30 days. Total disappointment!

This wis a new printhead and cartridges. Shipping container had HP logo and labelling on the box but also a disclaimer that it is not manufactured under a license from the manufacturer. That said, it worked perfectly, print quality is excellent. Time will tell. I will update the review if there are future issues.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant, but desperate to have my printer fixed. Since installing this over a month ago, I still have no problems.

I bought this to replace the printhead for my HP Officejet Pro 8630. When I had read the description, it said it would work in my 8630. Well it did work, like new I might add, but now it won't even print in color. I needed this to specifically work in color as well. So now I have a new printhead that just prints in black. :(

Looked around to attempt a fix for hp8600 printhead. Ordered this part and it arrived before promised.Was able to snap it in place install the new ink and everything worked as promised,Really easy to install.Would definitely recommend as a fix for printhead issues.

Had major issues with my copier before i put this in. Was it a smooth install? Not really. There were a few small issues. The cartridges it came with are not usable. I had to get new cartridges but after that everything was back to normal once more. The original lasted my years and thousands of prints. If not tens of thousands. Hopefully I will just as many out if this one.

The ink cartridges included are useless. They are just setup cartridge, and unless you restore your printer to factory settings, you can't even use them.
