Filter works great. Putting it on a ford f-250 v-10 under the rail is another matter. THIS was the only time "I have not enjoyed " working on my little utility vehicle. The audible CLICK (Yes on the engine side, a mouse click on the tank side) This is not for the light-of-heart. All my metal and plastic fuel line adapters are terrible—wish they made slimline style, but they dont. Marked it 12/25 with a paint marker and hope to never do this again. But the K and N is better than the one off the truck IMO.

The K&N PF-2300 filter is of excellent quality and easy to install. It ensures a stable fuel supply and reliable filtration, which positively affects engine performance. It is suitable for fuel-injected gasoline engines, and the difference in smoothness of operation is truly noticeable. A great choice as a replacement for the factory filter. Highly recommended.

It fit right in where it was supposed to. Hardest part about this project is getting the old one off with the crazy Ford pressure fittings they use can be very frustrating to get them to break free. Once they were off. This one just clicked right into place and had no issue since.

I cannot get the clip to release on the old filter to install this on my for Ranger. Waiting for Spring to try again without the benefit of snow.
