The difference between R-0007-c and R-0007-e?

The amount is different. The C is 2 oz. and the E is 16 oz. Both are the same thiosulfate compound.

Note - if you shocked your pool beyond 10ppm, you need more of this to get an accurate alkalinity reading. I always buy the 2oz and refill the old containers.
