InterMETRO 18 48-Inch Shelf, No Size, Black

InterMetro makes great shelving systems. I've been around them for years in restaurants in which I have managed and cooked. Very versatile, very interchangeable. However, Amazon stated online that I could order black or white, but could find nowhere to state which I wanted. I put it in the notes that I wanted white, and the shelf came: 1) separately from the rest of the shelves I purchased, 2) banged up during shipment and took a while to install that shelf, 3) in black, even though I expressly asked for white. I complained to Amazon, but they claimed they couldn't fulfill my request as I asked. I thought that was Amazon's mission.
