I use it for my phone for work as well as just holding up my phone while I listen to YouTube on my ear buds. It's perfect. Not good for talking in the phone. It's too far away from me to hear the person on the line even with speaker on.I can't believe I ever went without. I'll be keeping this thing in my dark little car into the summer and it won't fall off in the heat

This is by far the very best performing phone mount of the nearly two dozen that I tested for my brother his purchase. The range on this thing is insane. I wish there was an accessory where we could run an LED strip off of the power of the headphone jack so it could be mounted on a motorcycle in a way where the LED strip is very visible.

I have a Chevy Equinox, 2017. Yes, I have Bluetooth and GPS in my car, but I tend not to use those and just use my phone. Thus, I purchased this. The good things about this are that there are color options, it is adjustable and will hold the phone tightly. I have an android and with the adjustable side panels, it will accommodate most phones (unless it is in some sort of case, then that might not work). It has an opening in the bottom so that if you need to charge your phone, the cord will drop through. It also came with the option to mount it to the car or attach it to the vents.Some assembly was required, and I had no problem doing that. I even watched the video that was shared to ensure I did it right and it was just as easy to do as shown.As for the cons of this little thing, I didn’t want to mount it to my car. I wanted to be able to remove it, so I attached it to my vent. There are various knobs to tighten and loosen as needed. I need to keep it very tight or this will jostle around. Once it is attached you cannot adjust it as you are driving. So perhaps drive around the block and make sure it is set up to your liking. Another thing is that my car is small, and I would prefer to have it turned more towards me but, due to space issues, I can’t have it that way. And finally, because it is on my vent, it does block the air (hot or cold) coming out of that vent.Overall, this works and per the reviews of this one and other products out there, I chose this one. I’m glad I did. If you can overlook a few of these minor issues, like me, I have found it was worth the purchase.

This is exactly what you need. It's very easy to position your phone in different angles with all the adjustment features. It's very sticky so I would warn you to make sure that you are putting it in the position that you're going to keep it in because it's very hard to take off. Could be a good thing or a bad thing, but your phone will be secured. I have a heavy pixel 6 pro and never had any issues of it falling in almost a year of use. Highly recommend.

I just installed this. We live on a ranch that has rough roads. We will see how it works. I like the extension arm for my 2004 Chevy pickup. I cleaned the surface suction cup surface with alcohol pads. I then set the suction cup at the edge of my dashboard and the extension arm allows my phone to be below the dash board so I don't have any vision interference.It looks good and is useful. I will have to see how well it does after driving on these dirt roads that we use all the time. More later.

Had it about a month now, taken plenty of bumpy dirt roads, suction cup hasnt fallen and keeps my phone secure

I had this for about 9 months. It was fine until the weather got a bit hot.. it was suctioned to my front window.. I noticed it was slipping a bit.. the heat must of melted the sticky stuff that hold it together because I had a long drip of the sticky stuff down my window and the holder was sliding down.. I live in Southern California so it was warm but not very hot..

I wasn’t able to use the suction cup because the vehicle is a company vehicle that cannot be damaged, but the mount for the vent is the best mount I’ve ever used. It doesn’t clap or click like other mounts.Super great!!
