These work well over existing handles. They are soft and adjust easily. They do not have a foam backing so they really don’t act as a replacement pad for worn or torn grips. I will have to tape the split foam pieces that were on the walker handle together and put this over it. There is a small piece of adhesive on the underside that peels off and can attach to the foam. Then it will be a soft, protective cover over the handle. I would have given it a 5 if it actually had an option to buy one with a thick piece of foam padding sewn into the top of the pad. It would be perfect for a walker with a permanent hard grip handles.Appended Review: This product was demoted to two stars. The fabric stretches so the Velcro strips do not line up. Also, the Velcro had to be superglued back together because it split open. It is not sewn onto the fabric very well. I should have just bought something else because the fabric does get dingy looking and grabs every little spec even with clean hands.

Feels soft to the hands, but that is not the most important thing. Protecting the hand from nerve damage and pain fromhaving to lean on the hard handles of walkers, canes and other supporting devices is necessary. These Hermell Faux Shearlinghand grips will help until they wear down and go flat as all pads do with use.

My partner used these on a walker and is pleased with the softness and how they have helped relieve some of the pressure in the Palma d heel of his hands.

When your hands are holding on to a walker all day, they can feel very tired by day's end. The sheepskin covers do make a surprising and significant difference. My hands feel far less tired and I last much longer when I use the covers. Applying them to the handles on my walker is easy and adjustable to most shapes and sizes. They come off for washing and back on like new and ready to go again.

These are nice soft walker handle covers. They're easy to install, but are looser than I think they should be and tends to slide. There is a very small sticker inside each one which you can put on the walker handle to hold it, but the Velcro stips inside should be wider so the sticker isn't necessary.

Was using vinyl pads made for a walker. My hands were so sore that I could not sleep due to the pain. I ordered these hoping they would help. They are great. Cannot believe that something this simple would work. Going to order another set so I have them while washing the others.

For the price, I have got my moneys worth. But, after a couple weeks, began to fall apart around the velcro. They are looking pretty rough' and I remove them if I go out in public. They did help the wear and tear on my hands from the walker.

Were not effective for more than a few days. They don't pad the walker handles enough. It helped a little with calluses, but not with the pain of pressure. Save your money and get the gel ones instead. Much better.
