I'm a writer who began writing pen and paper. So pens me a lot to me. I don't like just picking up any pen. And this is not just any pen. First of all, the thing seems to last forever. I don't know if there's a secretly little elves that refill it all the time or what but the ink just keeps going on and on and on. The cap stays securely on it without flying away. Even when I get that urge to click the little tab. The cap also secures on the back of it when you are writing. The ink flow is very smooth. You don't get that thing where at least tiny little white dots inside of the letter. I know this doesn't bother the majority of the population but it bothers me when pens do this. I want my writing to be nice and smooth. That is what this pen gives. There are never itty bitty little white dots inside of your writing. It also does not bleed or at least I've never had it do it. So even though the ink is nice and strong and flows well, you don't have to worry about it going through to the next page (unless you do something like scribble or press the pen down really really hard or use trasing paper or something). Just an all-around great pen. I would go from store to store to store to find this very specific pen and sometimes when they didn't have it I would have to go to more stores just to try to find it. When my silly brain realized I could get a bulk pack right here, it was like a kid with christmas. Not to mention you don't even have to pay all that much money for it. So you're getting all that for a great price. So if you're like me and you really need a great pen that writes smooth without all those white dots and lasts forever, this is the pen you want.

Superb value for the price. The conical tip is perfect for micro vs needle in my opinion. This micro tip does not scratch the paper or get stuck or held up (some needle tips can when micro). Also really important to me is that the tip does not have too much or too little friction. I prefer a Goldilocks tip that gives some feedback with a little friction but does not catch the paper. This micro blue pen is the best combination of this I have yet found. Love it. Better than the Fine which lays down too much ink in my opinion. The blue color is perfect to stand out vs. black forms too. Love these pens and the micro tip lasts longer than the fine too....saving money in the long run. They do not leak and if I lose one it is not a big hit since they are super reasonable on price. Well done.

Reliable ink pen. Doesn’t fade or run in the rain when writing

I use these pens everyday for work. I work as a registered nurse and these have been my favorite pens to use. The 0.5mm micro is my favorite size to write on. These pens are on the pricier side, but well worth it. They write smooth and comfortable is there as well. I normally use the colors black and blue. Definitely would buy these again. My favorite pens so far.

Hard to believe these are 0.5 points. When I’m writing on paper, it smears. Wish they would make an ink pen that doesn’t smear when you’re writing over it. Rollerballs are not it. Thanks for trying.

I am a senior in college and take notes a lot! I have been using these pens since junior high and have tried many other pens (from Bic disposables to Cross fountain pens) and these are my personal favorite. The ballpoint is very fine, and the ink will outlast the paper you write it on. As evidence to this, in 6th grade I accidently poked my hand with this pen and it left a black dot underneath the skin in my palm still visible to this day!(my first tattoo...) Since then this pen has LITERALLY become a part of me; this pen really is amazing. I love the look, feel, weight, style, and everything about it. Some other reviewers mentioned they run out of ink quickly. True the uni-ball vision may seem to run out of ink faster than a cheapo disposable, but this is because the output of ink in this pen is much thicker and consistent than those throwaway barrel pens. For example with a Bic roundstic you can draw a line, then go over that line again and it will get darker. You could even do this a third and maybe fourth time and the line will become increasingly darker (as well as carve a dent into your paper.) Not with this pen. It is as dark as it gets the first time, with a non-forceful contact on the page. Because of its copious flow of ink, there is some occasional smudging, but this does not happen very often and the ink dries very fast. The pen is well under the $5 range on a per pen basis, but performs comparably to many pens which cost in the $20 and up range, so the price makes a lot of sense in relation to its quality. Plus, if you are doing large amounts of writing or administration work during the day, the small perfections of the uni-ball vision really start to make a HUGE difference. I don't want to keep rambling on about a PEN, but this is a great pen and I highly recommend you try it for yourself; they are delightful to write with.

These are one of my favorite pens. When filling out forms etc, this is one of the first pens I reach for. They write so smoothly, there is no scratchiness when writing. They feel great in my hand. Both the blue and black ink are very vivid. Just enough ink flows, so you don’t have to be concerned about tons of ink flowing. Also it dries quickly therefore you don’t have smudging. Easy to write with and last a while.

Saw these pens given a favorable review on a YouTube writers video and was impressed with what was said, so I decided to give them a shot. They write very nice, I like the 0.5mm tip as I like writing and don't like the lines being too thick. They write smooth and feel nice to write with. Great quality and writing for a budget pen.

These use the micro tip which are much better than the standard tip. This is my only office pen.
