Bought this for my hotchocolate station, for the price I wasn't expecting it to b great in comparison to others , but when at home all day I also use it for all hot drinks, I boil Kettle twice in morning (saving me money !!!) Normally i boil 5 or 6 times a day for my drinks !! I get 3 litres of hot water .... And it stays hot for 9-10 hours... I've had this around a month, at the start it lost its heat after 4 hours, then I realised its because of the lock button, if the leave rhe lock button open it loses heat... Cos every Time I lock it , it now does double the time!! Any way love this and such a bargain!

This flask is so useful in the winter days, retains hot water for more than 24hours, I love it. Even useful during summer for cold water. A very good product

I bought this flask because I was looking for something I can make tea in to take upstairs with me in the late evening and have a nice warm cup of tea the next morning without having to go downstairs to make it. Unfortunately it turns out this flask when full is a little too heavy for me. It also didn't keep my tea warm through the night. My previous flask was great in that I at least had a warm drink in the morning (not red hot but at least above room temp). I have now sold it on and I'm buy the same one I had before. I can't complain because it works as it states in the sellers discription. It arrived really quickly as well. Its a great flask if u don't expect miracles like me... lol

If you like to constantly refresh you hot water and lemon, it can take you away from your desk for 5 minutes each time you want to boil the kettle. Not anymore - I bought the wife one of these and productivity has increased no end. Well worth it! Keeps the water hot most of the day and, because it's a good size, the water lasts most of the day as well.

These are brilliant, myself and the wife use them when we go to the allotment for the day and I use it for fishing it keeps water as hot ss when yiu put it in the flask because your not opening and closing the top every time you fancy a cuppa. We just put boiling water in and take tea bzgs / coffee and sugar and milk to add.

What a bargain, fantastic product really robust will 100% recommend

A very efficient product, suits our purposes very well. Keeps hot drinks hot; I therefore suppose cold drinks will be kept cold equally well. Well made, should be durable.

I was impressed with this product at the beginning, but over time it became a real disappointment. After about 4–5 months of use, the heating time gradually reduced, and now it barely lasts for an hour. I even stopped using it during the summer, hoping it would perform better when I tried again, but the issue remained. On top of that, there’s no warranty or support, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, it started promising but turned out to be unreliable.

This is not the brand that I expected to get, however I decided to test it and decide once I have the results before just sending it back as "not what I ordered". I was pleasantly surprised and found this just as good as the expensive brand. It definately works and I couldn't be happier.

It keeps water luke warm not hot..... was sent back for a refund.
