Spyder Auto PRO-YD-CS99-HL-BK Chevy Silverado 1500/2500/3500/Chevy Suburban 1500/2500/Chevy Tahoe Black Halogen LED Projector Headlight

I bought these headlights and put them in my 99 Silverado. They are a breeze to install and they look amazing. The only problem I had was the lack of information provided by Amazon. It says that this kit is completely ready to go. All you have to hook up is the power wires going to the halo rings and led accents. This is true. What they failed to mention, is that your stock bulb will not work in the low beam socket. The new housings are fitted for an H1 bulb. Although they do come with new low beam halogen bulbs it would have been nice to know this information so I could order new HID bulbs and get them at the same time. I now have the HID bulbs installed and the housings perform great.

Easy installation and looks great. Best price I have seen for the quality of the product. Didn't need a volt meter like the instructions said, factory wires are all the same so it was easy location to tap in to.

Very bright, but cannot adjust the projector side lights. Adjustments can be made on high beams but not on low beam. Halo and LED lights have a very nice/cool look. High beam bulb keeps coming out of socket due to the design of the "bracket" that should hold it in place. Thinking about going to OEM!!

These headlights when installed look absolutely great. My install took roughly two hours for adjustments, and general wiring and fitting of the headlight for the perfect fitment to my desire. One thing I will add is although these headlights look stylish, don't expect to be seen more than a mile with the halo rings on. The Rings are quite dim in terms of light output, however at night time this look great and although their not super bright, their perfect for when your driving in style. Although the description does say these headlights fit the corresponding vehicle above, please be aware that you WILL need to do some adjusting just so that the headlight will fit and set within your vehicle. I have HID bulbw within the headlight housing and they do look great and seem to illuminate the road pretty well. One thing I will add however is there is a cutoff line on the upper part of the headlight. So whether your a halogen user, or HID user, don't expect the same light output that your stock headlights put out as these are after market and will not give you the same after affect as that if a standard stock headlight. Be aware that these headlights do come with a halogen bulb, however it is not 9006, the fitment is actually an H1 fitment. So if your planning on sticking your stock bulbs, they will not fit. Package contents come with a seamless and easy to follow instruction manual, however I would highly recommend that you go on YouTube and review Spyder Autos or Spec D Tuning instructional videos on how to wire these headlights. Of course professional installation would be ideal, however if you think you can do it just watch these videos and they will help you out. The wires for the halo rings and leds come in a clump so if you want to avoid wires hanging everywhere I would suggest zip ties or electrical tape. All in all this headlight is great for those looking to give your vehicle the look it deserves and although it does lack the light output in the halo rings, these headlights will be sure to make you happy once installed and when you are on the road. I ordered these August 1, 2014. As far as the look of them goes, they are awesome. The lights are awesome except for one minor thing. The halo's have gone out. They worked for about three months and now you cant even see them hardly at all when they are supposed to be lit. The LED's are still working though. So thats a plus.

This replace projector lights were very easy to install! Literally, it took me (a novice) 15 minutes to replace the old and install the new Spyder projector heal lights. Best of all, the new head lights updated the look of my 2004 Suburban. Thanks for a great product!

These lights are extremely PIMP on my Suburban! Get a lot of complements and it really refreshes the look of the truck. If your lights are faded with age, these are a very good and cost effective pick me up for your vehicle!
