Bought for my daughter to help her sleep. This does the job. Obviously once out of the fridge it does the job and then warms up, but gets her to sleep so we're happy

I didn’t buy this product for pain relief but with the hot summer we had, I desperately needed something to keep me cool. I have Hiperhydrosis of the scalp and putting this in my pillow helped enormously. Despite not buying it for pain relief, it helped with my headaches I was getting from the heat. I have told so many people about this product.

I got this as I was curious and the weather had warmed up. So if you chill it first it is a bit too cold for me, I found if I left it against the bedroom wall that was cool enough to help me get to sleep. It does not stay cold all the time, it will warm up with you. I also found it quite useful for a sore and bruised knee after a fall.

Works well if used for short periods as a quick method of cooling down, but not for longer - after a while it starts to retain your body heat, so if you doze-off on it you wake up sweat-soaked from sleeping on a heat pad.

Good and cool and comfortable. Quite surprised how good it is, but the weather has cooled so not in use now.Have ordered a second one for my dog as he has occasional fits and overheats... so we shall see if it helps him !

It was cold to lie on but after a few hours very warm, although it wasn’t touching my skin directly I had some kind of reaction to it so unable to use

The gel inside keeps you cool and draws your heat in to it witch is amazing. It light weight does exactly what it says. I have also tried the JML cool pillow and found it uncomfortable to sleep with. This one was half price compared to the JML pillow and is much more better
