It appears that they seller picked reviews and put them here without even reading them or didn't care what they said.The product is made in china, which may account for the fake reviewsThere is no manufacturer name on the box or product, a generic machine.There is no website to go to if you can't understand the instructions and you can't understand them or even read them as the print is so small.It has an annoying voice that can't be turned off. Why would you want an annoying voice telling you what what your numbers are when they are right in front of you?It uses 4 triple A batteries that you provide- no power cord.Did I say it was inaccurate?After a few frustrating hours of trying to use it, I sent it back.

Out of the box it does not work. Instructions are obviously a poor translation of another language and very difficult to understand. There is no information included for getting help.

For the money this is a great deal. Very accurate and user friendly. I did turn off the voice feature as it can be annoying after a while.

I bought this item as it had a 5 star rating. I look today and there is only 1 review and it is 1 star. What the hell is going on at Amazon. I tried the device and my blood pressure was quite high. Without removing it I tested again. I did this 5 times with reading varying 40 points.
