Panasonic KX-TA82483 Expansion Card

This is a good addition to the Panasonic Phone system. There's pretty much nothing in comparison when it comes to hybrid phone systems but panasonic does a great job with all the extras even though they have all most no competition. Bought 3 of these expansion cards and so far seem to be doing just fine. The 3 extra COs aren't really necessary but its ok. Its not very hard to figure out how to put the expansion card in. Just make sure you don't try to install the next expansion card first that has a extensions and no COs. Pretty sure it doesn't work that way.

It worked, as expected. Caveat: The eleven jack numbers here are, understandably, fixed in their logical assignments (J09-J19?) (to my knowledge these "extension numbers" are not changeable; although there is a thick book pertinent to "programming" the system. And I certainly favor the default assignments, anyway! There is another extension card that has jacks at J20-etc and I don't know how to buy that. E.G.: If you're at one phone and want to page someone whose phone line is connected to Jack09, you punch 109* to make that phone ring. When the recipient answers, you have an intercom connection.
