Till I hadn't used this salt, I didn't even know that we are supposed to use this. So I'd use common salt. In the process I would sometimes put more and sometimes less. Besides the salt used to give burning sensation. After using this Jal Neti salt from Prime Surgical, there is a definitely a different experience. I felt better breathing and improved smelling power. Therefore I would certainly recommend this to others also. Ive given 4stars for value of money only because I feel it could be cheaper than this price. Till I find a similar/better product at a cheaper price I intend to continue with this product.

Product not suitable for nasal irrigation. Don't buy. Salt has after taste, which should not be there!Amount of salt in eachpscket not enough for 500 ml of water.

The packet does not mention what and how mush it contains. The amount of salt is too small to make 250 ml RO water iso or hypertonic. I saw such packets in the US , each mentioned Sodium Chloride 1.5 gm, Sod bicarbonate 1.5 gm. So they need to improve the item. The salt should be non iodized.
