Beyond Better Cashew Cheese Dip and Sauce Mix

This stuff is AMAZING. In my six years of not eating any dairy this is by far the best cheese replacemen I have foundt. All the flavors are delicious, but original is my favorite because it is so versatile. I put it on everything, noodles for Mac and cheese, nachos, roasted veggies, quinoa, so many things. It's super easy to make. Even my dairy loving family likes it, which is honestly saying a lot!

I have been a vegan for my entire life and this is the grossest "cheese sauce" I have ever tried. Expiration date said it was fine but tasted like it had gone off? Tasted racid and had a terrible smell. A simple a delicious cheese sauce can be made by blending raw cashews with a little bit of water. Add garlic powder, onion powder, a dahs of lemon nd salt and pepper. Seriously save your money you can buy a whole bag of raw cashews for this cost.Edited to add: seller refunded me. Might have been just a bad batch but I'm too put off to try it again if I'm being honest. Great customer service though so I gave it more stars.

Unbelievably delicious. I can't believe how good it is. I'm slowly easing into becoming a vegan and decided to try this. I highly recommend this. I don't know if it tastes like cheese exactly, but its flavorful, tasty and the consistency and mouth feel are on point.

I tired to make mac and cheese with this. Although it taste better than any other brand I have tried i still had to spice it up a little. The suggested recipe ended up a little thick so I had to add more water. I do like the convince of this and would buy again.

Yup, better than imagined!I made a Mac and cheese with this and did extra veggies in the side just Incase I couldn't stand the flavor.... Let's just say I never finished the veggies!This mix is genius. This stuff is AMAZING and follows my whole foods/plant based/oil-free diet! That's hard to find! I recommend using slightly less water than listed for a thicker and more flavorful sauce. I use it for everything, including oil-free potato skins!

I first tried this at a VegFest and was instantly hooked. I now enjoy some almost every day because it's the best non-dairy cheese sauce I've ever had. The only cheese sauce I've had that comes close to this is from a restaurant that specializes in non-dairy cheeses. In addition to how delicious the Beyond Better sauce is, I love how convenient it is! It's so easy to make, and I love that it comes as a powder so I can make exactly how much I want to eat that day, and save the rest for later. When I buy refrigerated non-dairy cheeses, I always feel somewhat pressured to use them up quickly while they're fresh, but with this, I know I can have perfectly fresh cheese sauce whenever I want. Having it as a powder also makes it easier to travel with and enjoy away from home. I have also tried the Savory Sunflower and Zesty Black Bean flavors, and while they're also great, the Original Cashew is definitely my favorite.

This is the best "fake cheese" sauce I've come across, ever. The texture is FABULOUS. Preparation is easy. Flavor is pretty bland, but that's easily solved. I plan to buy more.
