one side is wider than the other. Which side should you lay

I have used both sides actually but I personally prefer the side which gives you the most of the pillow at your face and the least of the pillow behind you. I have no idea if that is correct but this is what I feel comfortable with and have had no adverse effects from using either, just purely personal preference of mine.

Just wondering if the pillow flatterns with use, or does it stay at 15cm high? I have broad shoulders.

It flattens with use if you want one that does not in all my years of searching for the perfect pillow Rem Fit 500 gel pillow is the best medium soft never flattens.

Is the pillow washable?

The wash label is ambiguous so washing of pillow is unclear. I have washed the pillow case but not the pillow itself. Will probably hand wash and spin when I do need to wash it.

Could this be used with a cpap

Hi yes it can be used with a cpap machine, I myself have a cpap machine and i have no problem with the pillow. Hope this is helpful to you.
