The instrument is not working. It is continuously showing error code E-7 once we insert the testing strip. All recommend remedial measures in the user mannual for error code E-7 have not yielded results. Please indicate Roche local service centre in Thane, Mumbai.

I would not recommend to buy this.

Worked fine for few weeks then machine stopped working with error. Spoke with customer care and they agreed it was a unit issue and replaced the unit. The new unit failed within a week. Very disappointing quality control from such a well known brand
