Very good product. Love how it sounds

This PA system was purchased for church and DJing. The sound is great. This works well outdoors for block party. (72 house block) The sound was heard on the other end of the block. The wireless mics produced great sound. Will be using this at my recording studio to see how great it is for recording. After trying many other allegedly top speakers this is by far the best portable speaker. The speaker battery will charge if you have the charge switch on while using the speaker with the power cord. I have spent more money on other supposedly high quality speakers that can't hold a candle to this great system. Works well with Apple and Android devices. (used Apple I-Phone, Apple I-pad 2, Generic android tablet, Samsung Galaxy tab, and Samsung Note 4 phone) No problems with none of the devices used. Very decent price for all of my devices to be compatible with it. The additional port for a wired mic produces great sound as well.

I’m a member of Rotary and in charge of our club’s website, social media, presentations, all digital work. This equipment has been so welcomed to me, it works perfect all the time, the mikes work great, make sure you have spare batteries just in case a mike goes weak. Make sure you raise both antennas in the back otherwise the mikes will sometimes momentarily disconnect, it will not be a sign of weak batteries, it’s that you forgot to raise the antennas. Great product, the speaker is a bit on the heavy side but the sound is perfect, excellent product and highly recommended!

Had issues with the unit, power related and also mixed reviews on the sound quality. Highs and mids were fine but base was low and choppy sounding when volume was at 60-100 percent. Solid unit though. Returned and will be trying a diff manufacturer.

Up front I should tell you the product itself seems to be working. Don't know durability or longevity but right now, it's functional. This review is focused on a very important part of a company. Customer Service. Pyle seems to have issues with missing or incorrect parts in the box. I was missing two small clips for holding the mics and the remote was not the one pictured. Seems like a minor issue for a company to correct but Pyle Non-Customer Service seems to want to debate every customer instead of providing service. They asked for a picture of included parts and the Amazon statement of sale, which I provided. They then told me I could buy a new remote and clips, which would be close to another $50 with shipping. A lot of money for plastic items from China that probably cost them under $3. When I asked why the won't just send the parts I was told by the Non-Customer Service my unit was used. The truth is it was a return which Amazon sells at discount after checking it in the warehouse and ensuring the condition is good overall. The product arrived in original packaging with new batteries for the mics and everything except what was noted at the outset of the review. Overall it was in excellent condition. Another strange thing the Non-Customer Service Rep (NCSR) said was it was not covered under warranty because it is used. I understand that's their fail safe line to get out of actually servicing customers but my response was, why would missing or incorrect parts be a warranty issue? Of course the NCSR did not address that question even though I asked it several times. I did a google search and found this was a common complaint against the company in many instances. I did tell the NCSR that word of mouth advertising or reviews are critical to a company's success but they were either too dense to understand or just didn't care. As for the product, I have only used it a few times, so far so good but I have no idea of durability or longevity. I did purchase Pyle because I have bought speakers from them prior and they seem like decent speakers. But their complete lack of customer service is a huge red flag for me, as it should be for any consumer. Be smart, buy from another company that actually believes in creating a relationship with their customer. Lord knows, there are plenty on Amazon. Pyle is not that company.

Easy to use, sounds good, good range for microphones

honestly would be 5 star if it didnt show up with connection issue. speaker very loud and clear, mic's good range for a low quality mic, bt range and clarity was great. never got a chance to try the battery as i sent it back and only tested it wired. the price to quality ratio would be amazing had it not suffered from connection issues. im sure i could have opened it up and fixed the wire causing the short, but it was easier to just return it. i ended up going 1 tier down , same company and product with a lower wattage and 1 mic, and it works great. 0 issues with the lower tier model and very likely to purchase a 2nd one just as a powerful outdoor bt speaker. but the mic is loud and clear, with good range, and perfect for mid-size event hosting. gotta be careful with feedback though, a normal concern with pa systems naturally, but i think with a higher quality mic the feedback/noise canceling would be better. overall i would recommend purchasing and immediately testing it. if it works as intended GREAT, if not ship it back till you get one wired properly
