What does the fiber tip thing do ?

It's just a stylus but I will say it's more fluid than a standard one. So the disk tip is more like a pen and is really comfortable to write with. The fiber tip stylus is good for standard web browsing and drawing. Although both sides are good for artwork. I'd use the disk tip for sketches and things that need lines. Fiber tip is more for coloring things in when it comes to art.

what is sensitivity level and will it work with multi-touch screen for hp spectre x360?

Not that I have purchased this stylus, but I just wanted to offer my 2 cents on it's use for the x360. I have this laptop and have tried similar styli to only find the same issue with skipping. Although it does work perfectly on other touch screen devices. Not sure why it behaves this way on the x360.

The disk protects the fine tip and helps keep it in one place. The tip itself is small and reasonably accurate, and the disk remains flat at the surface of the screen from any angle.The disk screen only recognizes where the tip is. The disk itself doesn't register as touching the screen.
