RJ-25 (6P6C) / RJ-12 (6P4C) Breakout Board to Screw Terminals, with DIN Rail Clips

I am working with modbus devices transmitting on RS-232 and RS-485 protocols. Newer equipment does not readily take 9 and 15 pin serial connections, and needs to come in on RJ-12 and RJ-45 cable. This is easier than making my own cable, and for the right price, I keep about 10 of these in my truck for inventory.
