This is the best Risotto I've ever eaten. Easy to make. Just add butter and parmasean cheese.

En general no me ha gustado

Per esigenze lavorative, mangio cinque giorni a settimana fuori casa, più precisamente in ufficio e devo sforzarmi di essere creativa per cucinare qualcosa sempre diverso e in linea con il mio piano alimentare. In questi giorni ho acquistato e scoperto questo risotto Scotti, che fino ad oggi non avevo mai visto nei supermercati. Si tratta di un risotto pronto e disidratato, pronto in circa 15 minuti, nel formato da due porzioni dichiarate. In verità si tratta di due porzioni abbastanza povere, che non riempiono lo stomaco di due persone (ma una busta è troppo per essere una porzione singola). Per un pasto veloce a lavoro è perfetto e l'ho preparato sia per me che per il mio compagno (anche lui pranza a lavoro). Io l'ho cotto al microonde ed è venuto perfetto, seguendo le indicazioni e lasciando raffreddare il risotto prima di sporzionarlo nei contenitori da portare in borsa. Cremosissimo, è molto saporito e mi è piaciuto moltissimo.
