Axe Spiked Up Look Styling Putty, Extreme Hold, 2.64 Ounce (Pack of 3)

This really is one of the best hair styling products out there for men. I have wavy hair that when short looks straight but as it starts growing it curls up a little and it gets really hard to control. I've tried all kinds of hair gels, creams, pomades, waxes, etc., and I can surely tell you that this one has worked for me like a charm. I like to have the front of my hair spiked up and this one is the only one that does the work for me. It leaves it straight and the best part is that it can be easily remove with any shampoo. Unlike cements that leave your hair really stiff and in need of a special shampoo to clean it up, this one leaves it with a nice shine and soft, but at the same time, in place. Axe did sure did its work by creating this awesome product for men. For me, there is no other hair styling product better than this one. Try it up, you will surely like it!

My hair is extremely hard to spike. I've tried tons of different megahold gels and hairsprays. This putty really does work well, and is the only product that can make my hair do what I want.For me, I get the best results after towel drying my hair after a shower, until there is only a slight amount of moisture left in my hair (95% dry). I then apply a pea size of the putty, and go to work!If you are wondering whether you will use the three cases before they go bad: you will be fine. In the past I lost/found a couple of cases, and effectively was put in the same scenario you are put in by buying a pack of three. I've left cases in the car in very hot temperatures and the putty will get more bubbly, but will still work. This is a great product.

As a 30 yr old guy with short straight hair, I have used many products over the year. This one is the only one I have used for the past 2-3 years. I have tried many professional salon products. What I love about this is the fact it does not make my hair become hard and crunchy by the end of the day. Goes in easy and comes out easy. The three pack is great and a much better value than buying at local drug store (although it is nice to know I can easily find it everything should I travel or run out). Also, like that it doesn't have a strong odor. The "spike up look" is the best and is a white cream. All of the "flavors" of AXE are very different and I only use this one.

I like this product and have always used this since it first came out years ago. Today, it has been much more harder to find in any brick and mortar store, and I mean drugstore, grocery store and department store! It looks like Axe is about to discontinue the reliable “Spiked Up Look Styling Putty, Extreme Hold.” I have tried the “Clean Cut Look,” and the “Messy Look.” None of those Axe products work for my kind of hair. My hair is very straight and course, because I have the genetically straight Chinese hair. The Spiked Up Look Styling Putty keeps my hair in place, it doesn’t get dusty once it’s dry, and it’s not difficult to wash my hair after a day of use. I hope that Axe does find a worthy replacement for SULSP (abbreviated) because if they don’t, they will lose me and many other consumers who have faithfully paid for and use this hair product.

I've gone through a lot of hair products of different kinds (gel, pomades of very different styles, clay, etc) in my ~15 years of really using product. That includes some more expensive/high end stuff, but this is my favorite by far for my medium length hair that I like to slightly spike/faux hawk/mess up.When I think of "putty," I think of a more clay-like substance. This is more lightly goopey/gluey. You don't need very much and it holds nicely. Most products in my hair always get a tad stiff/crunchy when they dry, so I just run my hand through it again a little later and break that up-this stuff responds well to that.I pair it w/a hair spray when I'm worried about hold, but it's not a necessity.Great deal here vs buying individually at the store (and hoping the store has it).

Best hair product I've ever used. I'm so frustrated that Axe discontinued it. I will try to find these forever.

Loved the product. Amazing deal buying it on here too. Idk how the prices vary in other states but in michigan it is about $10 for one container. When I buy it on here I get there containers for nearly $20!

I use this stuff to get a more natural look that isn't shiny or crusty and it works great. I don't have to use very much and I get a great style. I think it smells great too! I'm a bit fan of the low price on Amazon.
