I have purchased this waist trainer and it works wonders. I lost a lot of weight just wearing it in my daily non exercise activities. The product has good quality and convenient. I’ve been using this waist trainer for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with how comfortable and supportive it is. The material is high quality — stretchy but firm — and it hugs my waist without feeling too tight or restricting my movement. It’s breathable enough to wear during workouts or under clothes during the day. What I really appreciate is the posture support it gives me, especially when I’m sitting at a desk or lifting weights. It gives a nice smoothing effect under clothes, and while I know real waist shaping takes time and consistency, I’m already seeing subtle results with daily use. The adjustable hooks/Velcro make it easy to get the right fit, and I love that I can tighten it as my waist slims down. It’s also easy to clean and hasn’t lost its shape after multiple wears. Does the job! Sturdy and sweaty lol

This product served its purpose, but only for three months before I had to upgrade and replace it. Used about 5 days a week for three months. I bought this for lower back support and to help my midsection sweat while exercising. Cons: The rubber side that touches your skin eventually tore. Especially showing fingernail marks from adjusting the height of the belt after fastening (pulling down torso, although my nails are trimmed). The Velcro attachment was good at first but soon deteriorated and needed an additional belt to help keep it securely fastened. There was discomfort taking this waist trainer off as it stuck to the skin of my lower back every time I took it off. Pros: adequate lower back support. Made me sweat as it was designed to do. Affordable.

Now, this is a product I highly recommend. Not only does it increase your normal sweat activity but it hugs your body like a suction cup. I was shocked and VERY impressed with what this product did for me. My issues have been finding a waist trimmer that does what it states, for one fitting me. How many times has someone overweight purchased one and it did not fit? Clearly, I am not the only one. I lost 30 pounds on my own with basic life style changes. When I got to the point of physical changed and wanted a waist trimmer, none of them were ever the size stated. Until now, OHUHU is the first and only one (and I have bought many others) that fit and did so much more. I fully intend to share in my social media circles, etc. I started to use it on August 6th and every day after up to August 14th. Two hours daily with my workouts, and I have shrunk down nearly 2 inches for each day. No creams, or other products, just the waist trimmer. I purchased the men's 42' waist trimmer. For those who are overweight and you need a waist trimmer to get you started, this is the one for you. Don't focus on the weight, focus on the goal, healthy, happy life style.

Started off great. 2 weeks in it started falling apart. Neoprene closure is coming instituted and the fabric is separating from Neoprene. Sad to say, I liked it up until it started falling apart.

I bought this to use for back support and it's perfect for that and gained the benefit of less bloat. I ware it for about 8-10 hrs which are during my work hrs. It keeps me hot and when I take it off my undershirt is soaked in the area it lays but it's worth it all around. As a man I never understood waist cinchers but now I see all the benefits to why so many women wear them.

Acabo de recibir el producto aún no lo utilizo pero el material me gusta se ve de. Buena calidad y resistente espero que con el uso se mantenga así pongo 4 estrellas solo por que pues necesito ocupar para poder ofrecer una percepción más acerca del producto

Muy buenos, sudas porque sudas, el único inconveniente es el velcro, pese que duraba más, lo uso a diario y ya empezó a no sostenerse, requerí de una banda para que no se despegue.

Es muy buena la faja para la espalda

No me cubre todo él abdomen, además por los materiales lastima MUCHO
