Gets rid of belt noise
Driving an old 25 year old BMW that was making chirping noises in the belt pulley area under the hood. I tried everything. Took it to two repair shops, had pulleys checked and replaced, new belts, pulley alignment and the noise would just not go away and was driving me insane. Even tried dialectic grease. I would have tried this product earlier but the so called internet car experts said never use this on a belt. Boy are they wrong. I applied about a third of the can on my belts and the chirping squealing noises disappeared. It's been a month now so it does last. I ordered more and keep a can in my car in case it starts chirping again but haven't heard anything yet. Will most likely need to be reapplied at some point.

Works but is a hassle to use
Initially I did not like it. It seemed to make my problem worse on my serpentine belt. The belt sqeeking was much louder on my car after application. I had to drive it for a good 20 minutes before the sound went away. I did still notice a little sqeeking on day 2 and I did reapply a 2nd time. After my 2nd applaction all sounds were gone. So the product did work as advertised. Here are the cons the product and the reason for 3 stars. First the product was very sticky. I’d recommend wearing a rubber glove when you use it. Also my can did not come with a straw extender. I had to use the one I had on a can of WD 40. It took me longer to trim the straw to get it to fit then it took to apply the product.

Made everything all sticky, didn't last
While the belt would stop squeaking every time I sprayed it, but only for a short time. I kept trying.Ended up having to buy a new belt, and then there was sticky residue all over the belt and pulley.
