Anyone been having issues with the spray recently? I have ordered two bottles and have used almost all of it only on 3 branches and it is not working.

how often are you spraying? when did you start spraying? It worked great for me. started few days before flowering,

Is there a shelf life? How long will it keep?

There's no shelf-life that we know of as long as it is stored in a cooler (under 85 degrees F) and out of direct sunlight.
