Ok for the price
The good: - Inexpensive - Nice packaging The bad: - Hard to get back into the package - Slightly smaller than 28 gauge (don't get these for breadboarding) - Not to spec (<= 1%) Measuring 5 random resistors from three sets (330, 220, 100 ohm) with my Fluke 289 they are more like +/- 2%. (One of my 220 ohm resistors was 216.74 ohms) If you're ok with not getting 1% or willing to measure and sort them out these may be for you.

Not 1% tolerance, but cheap
Measured values for these resistors were not within the +/- 1% tolerance, but ended up within +/- 5%. But that's probably as expected when you buy resistors this cheap.

Not much to say here, they're resistors, period.
There really isn't much to say here. They're simply resistors that are set up for a certain amount of ohms, period. I purchased them for some fun LED projects and so far, they've both worked as intended so, no complaints. I'd recommend them.
