Dislike: I bought two, and neither of them worked as promised. Neither of them would charge with the provided cables, but just kept cycling "Unit On", "Unit Off", over and over after being plugged in. Neither would bluetooth pair with my sound system, and only one would pair with my Android phone, but only had 1.5 hours battery life and wouldn't recharge. Likes: The pairing lights worked as described, and the one that did pair with my phone do so easily and quickly. The sound quality of the bone conduction sound I could hear when the unit came on was quite good. I definitely will not be buying these again.

I have fairly small ears and many bluetooth devices are uncomfortable but this one fits well. Mine is very loud and other people can hear it when I'm trying to listen to music or audio books. The sound quality isn't great, lots of crackles and occasional drops in connection/volume. Other cheap bluetooth devices I have are much more clear and have range of at least a few feet while this does not. Battery life is fair but not as good as similar devices.

Would give this zero stars if I could. I used it for 2 days and it worked fine. Now the battery won't last more than a 30 min conversation and I can barely hear the other person. This is NOT a good or decent device whatsoever! If I didn't throw away the box I'd ask for a refund as the other Bluetooth headset I have is $5 more and has lasted over 6 months. I just wanted a backup. This is the type of quality I'd expect for a McDonald's child's toy, not something I paid for.

This is a good idea but not for this senior. Could not get it to program. Still sitting in the drawer until a tech savvy person visits.

Bought three. All paired. 2 of them have a quick ”battery drain” & I'm looking around for my old earpieces.

It’s comfortable, convenient, and very easy to use; but it’s not loud enough, even with the volume all the way up!!

Es ligero y lo uso con lentes, la pila en reproducción dura como dos horas, el micrófono a veces me oyen claro a veces no, es muy llamativo cuando la oreja está descubierta piensan que es una ayuda auditiva xD, sumamente cómodo, se me ha caído y se desarma y lo vuelvo a ensamblar y listo, mucho mejor que otros audífonos y barato

Light weight, but slightly too big/awkward. It fell off my ear and it broke in half, and the buttons fell out (first time wearing).
