Bought for my wife who started baking bread weekly after taking a 6 week bread boot camp at the culinary arts school in our area. Makes great Pullman loaves, both flat and rounded top. Just be careful when removing from oven to always grab the base, as the lid slides off really easily, especially when buttered. Comes with instructions for maintaining nonstick surface. Size is perfect for our family of two and fresh bread that needs to be consumed in 3-4 days.

Now that we have a motorhome, I had to find a way to bake my bread in the toaster oven/air fryer or that tiny gas oven that came in the rig. This pan fits great. I was able to bake bread in the toaster oven. Delicious.It was easy to season and clean. The lid works great.

A little smaller than I expected, but is solid and the non-stick works well. I have made a few loafs and they came out perfect.

Used to bake home made bread...easy instructions on the care and then maintenance, to keep the ‘Pullman” loaf pan, a “Non-Stick”, ‘easy release’, bread pan.It’s lovely, my, former cook, little brother is jealous...

It us not a proper Pullman pan do we sent it back. It looked like it might be ok for a small loaf of bread.

Only got it yesterday, as promised and have already made to perfect loafs of bread. The size is perfect for our cutter. So far very impressed. Keeping this one saved in cased I need to order more.

The lid is brilliant. It cooked nice and evenly all the way around. It was easy to use, clean and take out when it was finished. I also love the shape a lot more than your typical 10 inch bread pan. The slices looked like artisan store bought slices. This also came with instructions for using and maintaining the non stick coating - I learned a couple of things from it. The material is a little bit thin, but not the worst I've had. Very satisfied!

I used it for several times and really enjoyed it. Everything is good.
