Love this filter pitcher! Water tastes so much fresher, no more tap water weirdness. Super easy to fill and store in the fridge, filter changes are a breeze and don’t cost a ton. Sturdy build, no leaks, perfect size for a small family or just me. Definitely my new go-to, would buy again in a second!

We don’t have the best water in town but not the worst either. But using this you can tell the difference! Water just tastes way better and cleaner. No after taste and no smells anymore. So easy and straight forward and the refills are worth the price. I feel like the filtering time doesn’t take too long either after you get it flowing for the first time. Holds a perfect amount for the fridge. Easy to clean as well.

I live in the city so city water is a no. My water filter takes the chlorine smell out and it actually taste like normal water. I love it ❤️ and my dogs love it. They drink more water than they ever have!!!

Great value especially with 2 water filters in the box. Have used their filters for a couple of years along with older version pitcher. This is definitely more sleek, doesn't take as much room in refrigerator. Filter fills quicker on this one. Functionality needs improvement where the water comes out. For some reason when you go to pour the little lid doesn't open unless you open it before pouring. Can't say about how long will last haven't used it long enough. Love everything about this except for the little lid not functioning on its own when you pour the water. Water tastes great, love that it is a small company!

I bought this for my office to prep black and herbal tea. I specifically need 1.7 liters of filtered water, which is why I chose this model. While I haven't done any "fancy" lab testing like other reviewers, the water taste is great and the quality of my tea is as good as ever. Capacity details: The top reservoir holds roughly 0.8 liters, so I have to fill it twice to get the volume I need. The pitcher holds about 2 liters of filtered water total, but a tip for users: if the bottom is full and you add more to the top reservoir, it won't filter through further. Size Note: The pitcher is quite tall, so it doesn't fit under my office faucet. I’ve solved this by using a 0.8L glass bottle to fill the top. Service: Their customer service is excellent. They were very quick to respond and resolved an issue with my original order immediately. I can't speak to the long-term durability yet, but the water quality is very high.

I really didn’t think filtering my water would make a difference. Since getting this I have quit drinking sodas completely and only drink water. It used to be the opposite…I was a diet soda drinker almost exclusively. But this water tastes SO CLEAN. Only wish it was bigger so I’m ordering a 2nd one!!

This product actually works. It took our water PH from 7.5 to 9.5 I was buying high PH water for silent gerd and some of the brands i tried that said 9.5 PH did not actually have a PH that high when i tested it. It was just a marketing scam. I had my doubts this filter could change the PH very much, but to my surprise it did work, The water also taste great. Would highly recommend. I'm not someone who would normally take the time to write a review but i thought this product deserved it, and if other people had silent gerd i wanted them to know this product does what it says.

I would give five stars but I do not love the design of this pitcher. The filter reservoir is quite large, and goes down very deep into the pitcher. This would seem like a nice feature however I have found that the water in the reservoir will not drain out (not even slowly over time) if the water in the actual pitcher (the filtered water) is level with the bottom of the filter reservoir where the clean water drains out of. Then when you go to pour water out, you are getting unfiltered water coming out of the pitcher. This seems like a design flaw because the pitcher itself can hold so much water which would be nice. But I have to manually hold the water reservoir up to drain out all the filtered water just so I can fill up the pitcher. Also came back to add that the filters claim to last 60 days and it barely lasted 30 days then had this horrible plastic after taste. Will not be buying again and do not recommend!

We recently purchased the water filter jug upon recommendation from our daughter (who is very picky when it comes to water). I can honestly say it is awesome at filtering the city water. The filtered water tastes like water should! Refreshing! No more funky taste, no more chlorine odour or taste, and no more buying bottles and jugs of water. Item arrived exactly on time, well packaged. We like that there is an indicator on the top which tells you when to replace the filter cartridge as well, no guessing. Would highly recommend if you're in the market for a water filtering jug.

Great water filter, holds a lot of water, tested both tap water and filtered water to check if it really does work and it does! Make sure u run 3-4 full jugs of water through it before drinking to get out any excess carbon dust or the water will taste off first few times. After that it tastes great and very clean One of the filter cartridges was broken when it arrived, costumer service was awesome about sending me another cartridge. Simple to use and easy to clean!
