Good quality.. value of money.. looks sturdy.. compact size but works well..

easy to use, works good, better than the old style of clamps.

i know the description states clearly these are not designed for threaded bars, but i bought them anyway with fingers crossed. unfortunately, they really are too big for the threaded standard bar. what i did though is simply attach a somewhat thick zip tie through each one. now it works because the diameter of the clip is slightly smaller due to the zip tie. it looks a bit funky and sometimes i have to adjust the zip tie around so the clip will slide over the threads more easily, but once i've released the tension on the clip it holds my weights in place just fine. it's certainly not perfect, but it sure beats spending 2 or more minutes spinning those stupid spin lock collars every time i want to switch out my weights!! i know this is not an ideal fix, but i thought i would share how i rigged mine up to work for me in case it helps give you an idea of how to also make it work for you! i personally just absolutely refuse to use those spin lock collars anymore. i switch my weights up multiple times during most of my workouts and those spinners are way too time consuming. your muscles have frozen over by the time you've changed weights! lol

Do yourself a favor , go to your local sporting goods store and buy these . The product itself is great . But the shipping is terrible , took over a week to get them.

These are solid little clips with good spring pressure and a very solid hold

Not worth. Its fitting loose on my barbell rod as well as dumble rods. Complete waste of money
