Does this fit the 550?

It would fit the 550, but the problem with these filters is that the air passes around, like 80 percent, the filter instead of going through the filter. I'd skip it.

blieair touts their filters as having superior airflow. Are these more restrictive or as "open" as the OEM?

I find these to be exactly the same as the BlueAir originals. We monitor our air quality closely and the readouts are the same with these as OEM.

I don't know, but it fit my 501 Classic.

Nice Replacement But...

These look and fit like the original but the Carbon inside the layers makes noise when shook. Maybe Bluair has a patent on the process. They Work Very Well.
