Igot it for my granddaughter but carrying bag is too small how do i get one that fits

I also got it for my grandaughter and her gig bag just fits go to any guitar shop with the guitar and try before you buy

Guitar not good but past return date. How can I see about getting money back?

Speak to Amazon, I've always found them very helpful. As long as you have a genuine reason to return it you should be ok

So can we use it with amp and without amp like acoustic guitar??

Hello, yes, the electro-acoustic guitar is an acoustic guitar that has a pre-amp fitted for playing through an amplifier or PA system. It will retain the sound of an acoustic guitar when plugged in but will have an amplified sound. Please note you will need a 9V battery to power the pre-amp.

Is the 6 month free lessons still available? I bought this yesterday

The lessons can be obtained even without buying the product... just go to GigaJam website
