Will this oil filter fit a Dodge Ram 1500 2012 5.7 liter Hemi

I'm not to sure. But I've put this one and the 30-8A on my 04 dakota 4.7. If this one fits then the 30-8a will, they both have 3/4-16 thread pitch. I would check weather you have the 345 or 350 hemi. Sorry I couldn't help

How long does this oil filter last? What is the life of this oil filter?

Filter is good for synthetic oil changes at least 7,500 mi. & 10k if u must go that long betw oil chgs. No point to using synthetic oil with cheepo oil filter.

This filter is a fit for my 4.7 wj but is it better than the k&n filter?

Yes. IMO, the Royal Purple filter, and the Purolator Boss, are the best filters made.

Will this fit a 1989 jeep cherokee 4.0l? their website doesn't list this year.
